Details:
Interview
two leader-follower dyads to discover what was done and gained in their
respective mentor-mentee interaction and process. Explain the outcomes of your
interviews in either a PowerPoint presentation or a Popular Press Magazine
article.
·
Consider carefully what you would need to
know to report to others about actual mentoring relationships before you
perform the interviews. Include a table of the exact questions you prepared
before the interviews.
·
The summary should take 10-20 minutes for
an audience to digest.
·
Equate this to either 5-10 slides
(PowerPoint) or 5-10 pages (Popular Press Article) for the finished project. Be
sure to follow the writing guidelines for the format that you choose to submit.
A
sample is provided for your guidance.
