What other diagnoses, if any, wereapplied before the correct one was identified?e)What forms of treatment were utilized? Were the treatments provided through a professional helper or bythe author him/herself (or both)? Were the treatments successful?f)What surprised you? What did you learn?g)Additional comments.
Note: The paper should be typed and double-spaced, with no larger than a 12 cpi font and one inchborders. The paper will be graded for grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, andorganization, as well as for content.
