a)Briefly summarize the book (tell me what it was about in no more than two or three pages).
b)What were the first signs noticed by the author that suggested something was wrong?c)What signs were noticed by others?d)From what mental illness did the author (or family member) suffer? What other diagnoses, if any, wereapplied before the correct one was identified?e)What forms of treatment were utilized? Were the treatments provided through a professional helper or bythe author him/herself (or both)? Were the treatments successful?f)What surprised you? What did you learn?g)Additional comments.
Note: The paper should be typed and double-spaced, with no larger than a 12 cpi font and one inchborders. The paper will be graded for grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, andorganization, as well as for content.
